Our partners

An important part of our project was the partnering between 10 countries. Here you can find a short description of all the organizations that took part in the training course. Feel free to contact these groups of activists if you want to do some volunteering, find help for the realization of your crazy idea, invite them to an event you are organizing or any other non-spamming reason.

Egypt, ¨Power no borders¨: a youth NGO that works through volunteers to develop our country-people-environment-health-thinking and creativity in all aspects of life through various programs and campaigns. Their activities include youth development programs for skill development and creativeness as well as promotion of youth initiatives in the field of social work. 

Italy, ¨Rare Earth Elements¨: an organization that acts at different levels with a motto “think globally act locally”. The main aim that the organization seeks to achieve is to spread the ideas and to support actions concerning sustainable development and natural life style.

Jordan, East & West Center for Human Resources Development (WE Center). The Mission of WE Center is to work for building institutional and individuals capacity and empower them to make positive change in their societies and develop their social, economical, health and political life based on the values of human respect, partnership and integration among individuals and society.

Latvia, AEGEE-Riga is one of the 206 locals of the interdisciplinary student association AEGEE, which are acting both in Latvia and Europe. General aims are to foster democracy, human rights, tolerance, cross-border co-operation, mobility and European dimension in education. Because of that, we are making national and international action days on regular basis, case studies, different projects, summer universities, winter universities and trainings about different topics. 

Palestine, Volunteering for Peace(VFP) is a Palestinian non-profit, non-governmental organization working to create a culture of peace, interfaith and non-violence in the Palestinian community. VFP is a member of the Euro-med Youth Platform and a member of the EUROMED Youth in Action Program. VFP is an active member of the Anna Lindh Foundation and member of United Religions Initiative Network. 

Poland, House of Education and Life Promoters. The main aim of HELP is to promote and educate people with fewer opportunities, disabled people, youngsters, seniors and children who are keen on taking part in different activies such as YIA projects, training courses excahnges or local festivals, concerts and other social activities, language courses for everyone or supporting unemployed through seminars to help them to have a word in life. 

Romania, A.R.T. Fusion is a youth organisation that tries to offer a realistic perspective over the struggling problems of our Romanian society. They want to change the attitudes of the people in their community, to find solutions, together with other society members to the problems that the community is facing.  A.R.T. Fusion’s Mission is to improve social competencies of children, adolescents and youngsters, through participative art’ methods, in order to help them achieve personal growth. 

Slovenia, Povod, Institution for culture and and development of international relations in culture. Their biggest project at the moment is the organisation of the street festival “Ptuj – odprto mesto”, with various activities on the streets of the town Ptuj (street theatres, shows, animation, performances). POVOD organises also workshops for street animation and seminars for youth and youth workers to promote activities for youth inclusion and participation on national and international level, empowering youth and environmental campaign in Slovenia, Europe and globally. They work in international development field in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia with intercultural and interligious programes and vocational trainings. 

Spain, Association Columbares. The host organization of the trainig course TWORAR works in five main directions: Youth, Social participation, Employment, Immigration and, las but not least, Environment. In the environmental field Columbares is paying especial attencion to recycling and conservation of species and ecosystems. The long-term plan of the association include entrance in the field of development cooperation.

Turkey, The Troy Youth Environmental Association (TROYES) is developing a wide range of environmental, cultural and educational activities aiming to promote, enhance and develop the link between NGO’s and local community. Activities developed by the association sustain projects in climate change, ecological farming, PR, new media tools, lobbying, sciences, education, career counseling, prevention programmes, artistic approaches.
